Do you offer shipping in over all Pakistan?

Yes, we do ship our products over all Pakistan.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To keep up with our swift processing times, any change or cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use only cash on delivery method.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow some extra time for order processing during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the following day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, the delivery of orders may take between 3 to 5 Working Days. 

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

In the event you receive merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or defective, please contact us with your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all relevant information upon receipt of your package. We will work diligently to resolve your case as swiftly as possible.
